Kevadia & the Statue of Unity
A 182-metre bronze-clad figure of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on the Narmada river — since 2018 the world's tallest statue. The surrounding eco-tourism zone has grown into a full 2–3 day destination.

How to plan your time
The Observation Deck at 153 m gives you a 360° view across the Narmada valley and Satpura hills. Evenings around sunset are particularly spectacular. Limit on visitors per slot means you should book the viewing-gallery entry online in advance; carrying a small photo ID is essential.
Beyond the statue itself, the surrounding Ekta (Unity) campus is a large eco-tourism zone with a Cactus Garden (one of the largest in Asia), the Butterfly Garden, the Unity Glow Garden at night, the Narmada River Rafting route, the Jungle Safari (open in the cooler months), and the Sardar Sarovar Dam viewing gallery. Allow a full day for these plus the statue viewing itself; overnight stay is recommended.
